Your billing address needs to match the address shown on your credit card statement. This is a security measure we use for protection against fraud. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement agencies.

Registration and Promotions

 

Our customer contact information is used to facilitate order processing for purchases in the future, as well as to contact customers about new ranges, specials, and other promotions we may have. By emailing us, customers can request changes to be made to their contact information or to be removed from receiving future promotional e-mails.

Your details will be kept confidential at all times. Your information will not be shared, passed on or sold to anyone outside of our business and will confidentially remain with us.

By entering your email address to any part of our website, you accept to receive news updates from us. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us at sales@lingerieforyou.com.au to be removed from our database

Should customers subsequently choose to be removed from our mailing list we will on request delete them from our database and delete all personally identifiable information that has been submitted.


Personal detail form

We use shopping cart software for customers to purchase products. If you place an order with us, we will collect information from you, including your credit card and contact information. This information will be used by us to bill you for products. Contact information from the personal detail form will also be used to ship orders, to contact you for customer service related issues, and to send you information about our company.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY (non-Australian deliveries)
International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges / cost of   goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping charges.
 

The prices indicated on this  site are in Australian Dollars and are exclusief GST. The GST and delivery costs are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
 We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current delivery cost as indicated to you on our site at the time the order was placed.
 

In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within 5 days as of  your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
 

If you order more then one product and certain products are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order when shipped at a later date. You will be able to choose a replacement  product for an unavailable product, of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.
