Does Lingerie For You asks for more Postage if the Order costed more to Post then quoted in Checkout?
If Lingerie For You gets charged for more then its quoted in the checkout page, Lingerie For You has the right to invoice the customer for the extra amount we got charged at our descretion.
Returns Policy
We only offer a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchased is of any defect, We will not replace or refund your item if its over 7 days since you purchased the item.
Lingerie For You will not issue any refund or replacement untill Lingerie For You receives the defective item so please ensure you return it back as soon as you can to avoid delays.
Is Lingerie For You Liable For Lost Items In The Post?
Unfortunately Lingerie For You is not liable for any items lost due to Australia Post or Couriers. Any lost claims must be lodged at Australia Post or the courier service.
When the item is handed to Australia Post we have met our obligation in supplying you the item you purchased. Lingerie For You items are posted using Australia Post e-parcel and all items are barcoded on posting. If there is any items lost in the post please email us and we will supply a consignment number for tracking of the parcel with Australia Post. If you payed for Registered Post then we highly recommend you lodge a claim at Australia Post and give them your Registered Post number if any parcels are missing as we will not re-send any items that have been lost. Your claim is with Australia Post as soon as we hand them your parcel. |
